Andrew Baughen studied Business Finance in London and then worked as a management consultant in banking strategy. His first career shift came when he went to Oxford for three years to study theology. He then invested 20 years as a vicar, developing and leading Saint James Clerkenwell, a church in London’s design and tech district.
His second career shift came having completed an Executive MBA at Bayes Business School, City, University of London, where he continues as Chaplain, Visiting Lecturer and Honorary Visiting Fellow in the Faculty of Management. Andrew now works at the ‘theo-tech’ intersection between business and theology as Founder of Soulful Enterprise. His research focuses on what makes a business soulful or soulless and he is developing a value mapping workshop and value diagnostic tools.
Andrew is also Programme Director of The School of Faith. He has written several books and lectures on strategic planning.
